Xiaomi Smart Cars – The founder of Xiaomi, Lei Jun, has just put out a new recruitment ad on his official Weibo account, a Chinese microblogging site. In this advertisement, the Xiaomi chairman reveals that the company employs experts in autonomous driving for its own cars.
In March, one of the tech giants, the Chinese announced that it would enter the Smart Electric Vehicle business, with an initiial investment of 10 billion yuan.
Reporting from Gizmochina (July 28), now the executive has officially shared a recruitment add-on calling for 500 technicall experts to join the Xiaomi Autonomous Driving Department.” Social media posts say they are looking for 500 experts to build their own autonomous driving technology for smart cars.
