Through the Galaxy Wearable, a developer can dig deeper into the upcoming update and extract some exciting details from the Galaxy Buds 2. Based on the digging results, it seems that Samsung will copy the features from the Apple AirPods.
The feature will allow users to use Active Noise Cancellation (ANC) when only wearing one earbud from the Galaxy Buds 2. The feature may also be applied to the Galaxy Buds Pro and Galaxy Buds Live via an update. In addition, the company is also bringing a feature that allows users to manage touchpad actions privately, such as tap, double-tap, triple tap, and touch and hold on the Galaxy Buds 2. Although there are features of the Galaxy Buds Pro, in digging, it was not found. Option to manage ANC privately or feature 360 Audio.
However, these features may be available on the Galaxy Buds 2 via an update. In addition to the features that will run, the Galaxy Wearable app also revealed that the Galaxy Buds 2 would be available in a yellow color variant. Previously, it was only known that the Galaxy Buds 2 would be available in black, green, purple, and white color variants.
Meanwhile, Samsung has also redesigned some parts of the Galaxy Wearable. So, the Galaxy Wearable app now includes updates to the battery stats viewer and the Find My Earbuds section, which will be applied to the Galaxy Buds 2. Finally, the app also includes information about the battery capacity of 61mAh in each earbud and 472mAh for the case.
