Sony HT-A3000 soundbar – Sony has just launched a new sound for Indonesia. The Sony HT-A3000 comes with support for Dolby Atmos and DTS:X.
Sony has launched its newest soundbar to the Indonesian market. This soundbar is the Sony HT-A3000 which is equipped with the 360 Spatial Sound feature, so that it is claimed to be able to improve the experience of watching movies and listening to music better. The soundbar configuration is 3.1 channels which includes a dedicated center speaker for clear dialogue and built-in dual subwoofers for powerful bass. Combined with the Vertical Surround Engine and S-Force Pro Front Surround, the A300 is said to be capable of producing virtual surround sound from multiple directions.
It has previously been said that the Sony HT-A3000 can support 360 Spatial Sound. This happens when the soundbar is connected to the optional Sony SA-RS3S rear speakers. Thus, users can feel sound from every corner of the room. Sound Field Optimization uses the built-in microphones to measure the ideal height and position for the soundbar and rear speakers with the received position information, then creates multiple speaker phantoms by blending the sound waves. Thanks to this technology, Sony’s wide Spatial Sound distribution is able to fill every part of the room.
The addition of a wireless subwoofer capable of clarifying low frequencies allows the system to reproduce sound with greater output and power than before. The subwoofer on the A3000 has 200 watts of power that comes from a 160 mm driver. On the A3000, users can easily access popular music services such as Spotify, as well as entire stream albums and favorite playlists using Chromecast, Spotify Connect, or Apple AirPlay 2. Users can also stream wirelessly from a smartphone using Bluetooth technology or using built-in Wi-Fi to stream music from personal devices.
The price for the Sony HT-A3000 soundbar is IDR 13,499,000. Meanwhile, optional additional rear speakers for Sony SA-RS3S are sold at IDR 4,499,000.
