According to the 3C China site page, the Honor Pad V8 Pro will be supported with 33W fast charging. Honor will launch the successor of the Honor Pad V7 Pro, namely the Honor Pad V8 Pro, which was recently confirmed to be released in December. According to the latest reports, the tablet will come with 33W fast charging support.
A Gizmochina report (9/12) shows an Honor tablet with model number ROD-W09 appearing on China’s 3C certification site. This device is believed to be the upcoming Honor Pad V8 Pro. Based on the 3C site page, the device will be supported with 33W fast charging. For comparison, the Honor Pad V7 Pro, which was released in 2021, is equipped with 22.5W charging support. According to GSMArena, this speed can fully charge in 125 minutes.
Unfortunately, 3C only shows charging support specifications. Other specifications, such as the screen, kitchen runway, or camera, are not disclosed. But for the design, Honor recently revealed it via a teaser video. The tablet will come with a narrow bezel design with a high screen-to-body ratio.
Honor Pad V8 Pro will have a front camera that is placed on the side or above when the device is positioned in the landscape. The device will sport a cylindrical camera module on the back, featuring a single camera and LED flash. The teaser also hints that the tablet will be available in Blue and Orange. The device will also support a stylus and keyboard. Honor confirmed the tablet is running the latest MagicOS 7.0, which brings significant improvements and new features. This software is claimed to enable seamless collaboration across devices.
The company has yet to reveal the specifications and price of the upcoming device. Apart from that, the exact launch date of the HonorPad V8 Pro is still a secret.
