Leaker Sudhanshu Ambhore has shared a leak regarding the specifications of the upcoming Samsung Galaxy A12s.
Samsung has been rumored to be launching a new budget smartphone, called the Gallaxy A12s. It seems that this model will be the successor of the Galaxy A12 series, which was launched in December last year. Leaker Sudhanshu Ambhore has recently explained some of the key specifications regarding the Samsung Galaxy A12s.
Reporting from 91 Mobiles (July 19), the Samssung Galaxy A12s will pack the Exynos 850 chipset, an upgrade from the Helio G35 chipset in the Galaxy A12 series. According to Sudhanshu Ambhore, the chipset will be the only upgrade.
Reportedly, the Galaxy A12s will feature a 6.5-inch PLS IPS HD + screen with a water drop notch-style curve to accommodate an 8MP resolution selfie camera. This upcoming smartphone will also be equipped with 4GB of RAM and 128GB of internal memory.
Samsung has equipped this smartphone with four rear cameras, including a 48MP main sensor, an 8MP ultra-wide-angle lens, a 2MP macro lens, and a 2MP depth sensor. The Samsung Galaxy A12s will be equipped with a 5,000 mAh battery, which supports 15W fast charging.
Reportedly, the smartphone will also run the Android 11 operating system. Samsung is also rumored to be presenting the Galaxy A12s in three color variants, namely Black, White, and Blue. It is estimated that the Galaxy A12s with 4GB RAM and 64GB ROM variants will sell for EUR 180 and EUR 200 for the 128GB ROM variant.
