Apple is rumored to be making the mini LED screen a common feature on the 11-inch and 12.9-inch iPad Pro 2022. Because so far, this technology is only available on the 12.9-inch iPad Pro 2021 model. The 11-inch iPad Pro 2021 features a slightly lower Liquid Retina display.
TF Securities analyst Ming-Chi Kuo revealed that everything would change next year. Reporting from 91 Mobiles (July 12), Ming-Chi Kuo also told the 11-inch iPad Pro 2022 to have a better mini LED display than the Liquid Retina display. Previous reports also stated that the next-generation iPad Pro models will support wireless charging and a glass back body.
Apple is also rumored to be adding mini LED technology to other devices, apart from the iPad Pro 2022. The reason is that this technology will be introduced on the upcoming MacBook Air 2022. In addition, Apple is also reportedly working on three new iPads. Two of them are expected to launch sometime in 2023, and one will arrive in early 2022 with a 10.86-inch OLED display.
If the rumors are true, then the screen size will be similar to the current iPad Air and suggest the new iPad could be the next iPad Air series. Reportedly the iPad Pro 2023 model will be equipped with an OLED screen and possibly equipped with Thin-Film Encapsulation (TFE) to protect the screen from moisture and oxygen.
Unfortunately, until now, Apple has not confirmed these developments, so we still have to wait for some more time to find out patiently.
