Apple Soc manufacturer – In a recent report from Counterpoint Research, Apple is in the third position as the world’s largest SoC manufacturer, leaving Samsung quite far.

Apple managed to sell the iPhone 12 very well worldwide. This makes Apple one of the smartphones with the highest sales figures worldwide over the past year.

But, it doesn’t stop there. In a recent report from Counterpoint Research, the high sales figures for the iPhone 12 also make Apple one of the vendors with the largest chipset sales in the world.

Indeed, MediaTek and Qualcomm are still top in terms of SoC chipset shipments for smartphones with 38% and 32% market shares, respectively. But surprisingly, Apple managed to come in third, far behind Samsung.

However, both Apple and Samsung experienced a decline in market share in Q2 2021 compared to Q1 2021. However, when compared to the same quarter in 2020, Apple managed to increase its market share.

On the other hand, Huawei had to settle for the last position with a market share of only 3%. They have continued to experience a decline in market share since the Trump administration banned Huawei products from being sold in the United States.
